session errors. not sure how to combat this

whenever i try to do a login i get this message. how can i aleviate this?

A piece of code would help to tell you what it exactly is, but, for now just consider that somewhere in your code there is a piece of html page header information sent.

After that you can't do anything with a sessions. Session start has to come first in your page.
