regular expression to validate email

Hi

I have one regular expression to validate email but it fail on this email format:

[e-mail]

i need a regular expression that can be used for any kinf of email format . may i have these formats:

[e-mail]
or
[e-mail]
or the one that fail to me:
[e-mail]

below is the regular expression i am using

this regular expression works only for this email format?
if not i am using strpos to see what format of email i have them use diferent regular expressions for any of them

The PHP Bible uses:

else

I'm not really a regex whiz though.
