SQL to get top 10

Hi there folks!

I have a table with the following fields:
id, ip, country

This table records every visitor of my site...I want to show on my stat script the top 10 country from where my site gets hit.

I need an SQL to do that on my SQLite db

Basic SQL for that would be something like:

select avg(table.ratingfield)
from table
group by ratingfield
order by avg(ratingfield) DESC
limit 10

Last nite I tried to use count() on my SQL but it seems that SQLite doesnt accept it...Now I wonder how to count the countries....
