I have the following error in my php script. I cannot figure out what the problem is:

Warning: getimagesize(): php_network_getaddresses: gethostbyname failed in O:\web\mydomain_com\html\content_header.php on line 9

Windows Server 2003
IIS 6.0
PHP 4.3.7

I printed the following code and verified that the image it is trying to get the imagesize of DOES in fact exist at the Url being passed to the function:

$image_size = getimagesize($tpl['THEME_IMAGE_URL'] . "/header_default.jpg");
