Being that I'm totally new to website design, what software could you guys recommend that I use. I desire for the software to practical, yet effective, cost efficient and one that will be around and used by many in the years to come. Worse case scenario I will be trained a quality website design software program and could be useful for future companies that need someone with a design experience [with a popular well used software].
