Help with Zend Optimizer or ionCube Runtime Decoder

Hi all,
I just recently bought a support program (www.kayako.com) written in PHP which requires Zend Optimizer or ionCube Runtime Decoder.
THe server i am currently with does not support either of these and told be they won't be supporting the Zend Optimizer in the future.
Is there a way of decoding the script on my local server then upload to my remote server or am i barking up the wrong tree?
Any ideas or possible solutions most welcome.

Nope. These encoders are designed so that its one-way only. I know b/c I've been investigating these options over the last few days for work. Once a script is encoded, there is no way to get it back to the source.

I know that these guys also use SourceGuardian - there are three different encoding schemes that they use (Zend, Ioncube and SourceGuardian) and i was able to install the SourceGuardian version with no problem for one of my clients. I think it depends upon the server set up - if safe mode is on, then you need to be able to edit the php.ini file.

I spoke with the guys at sourceguardian for a little bit of help and even though it is not their application that i was asking help on they really helped us out to get us running
