ok when one of our users post a reply it use to redirect u to a conformation page that post was entered then back to your post not any more now we get this error

we have mail server off we have tried for months to figure it out read posted researched etc.. no luck so tryin here to see if any running nuke 7.2 and was wondering should i set a mail server up to fix and how do i go about finding info on that thank u very much.
