Hello,
I've been trying for a while to install mysql DB on my server & it installed like a brease, but to load it with PHP.. that was pain!
My server can't/won't load the php_mysql.dll, and none of my php pages ever load if that extension is enabled!
So, I gave it a shot and loaded mysqli, which works like charm, but the function calls are different now! mysqli needs more arguments for some reason...
Could someone explain the differences between mysql & mysqli please?
And if possible, explain if there is there a certain reason for mysql.dll not load.
