syntax highlighting

i know how to highlight php syntax... but i want to know how forum software highlights html, javascript and sql too... because i need to do it lol... i cant find anything on search engines on using php to highlight javascript so i was hoping someone here could help me

well like... erm... i dunno if it works on this on:

<body>
<p>this</b>

oh its on the latest vbulletin anywayz... its the same as the php syntax highlighting but highlights them instead... i darent rake through the vbulletin code to see how to do it lol and even if i did it would be hidden too well...

I've easily used this this highlight all sorts of stuff (http://www.rsbauer.com/school.php - assembler, C/C++, PHP)

i cant seem to get it working :S... do u know where i can just find a script that has a custom function in it where i can just include it in my script coz im making a forum for my site and im also making a file editor for my friend who works on it... and i kinda need em and dunno how to do em 🙁
