Load Page on date

We'll i have a stupid idea but no clue how to make it work...

I was thinking about a clock ticking down to a specific date (the day i leave for holiday), when it hits the day it loads a new page (which he keeps loading after that date of course). This will be the main page.

Sum-up:

Clock ticking down to a date

Loads differend page when it hits 0+

How could i do this?

Decide on the date; set a UNIX timestamp value for the date in the page. From there, simple "if/then" logic, using the timestamp for comparison, and perhaps include() priorpage.php or afterpage.php?
