Has anyone here used PHPDocumentor? I am having a bizarre specific problem with using it with multiple packages.
If you know it, let me know and I'll explain further, I have never found anyone here beforehand that has ever used it, so I would rather go into details with someone that has used it before, specifically in dealing with documenting multiple packages ("JAR"-like PHP class libraries).
