ok, here is the problem.. i got a computer, it's hp pavilion a620n, and the printer is hp psc 1350.. everytime i start the printer, it prints the welcome page and warning page over and over again.. when i go into Microsoft Word, attempts to print something, it says printer driver not found, even though i installed the driver over many times.. anyone know what to do to fix this problem?
