Connection protocol

I am currently working on a project that will require us to connect through someones firewall using sybase_connect

The firewall guys want me to tell them
a) The IP address of my server. (Easy)
b) The protocol the script will use to connect.

I haven't got the faintest idea about b)!

Any ideas?

Hmm. I think they are after something more specific - such as http (which is my best guess)
