Hey I had some time to update my website with a clean layout.

website is to show my artwork, 2d,3d and websites, along with making the site a resource site.

Well, first thing I noticed is that the top menu doesn't line up in firefox. Also, that even though you do have doctype specification, you have some errors in your html. Might want to run it through the validator. And your copywrite is incomplete.

Beyond that, I like the design. Looks pretty well layed out with good use of colors. Would very much like to see what you produce with more emphasis on css...

LoadShryku, thank you, I fixed the Table issue with navigation links, caused by not defineing the table cells width and height.

I also checked out Seldom Updated Blog, i like the use of css on it very nice

someone suggested using a backgound pattern image. anyone second that?

Also got some strange Offset going on Gallery and Web Design area of website is shiffed for unknown reason. Code looks fine. ill have to find a bug, its only in Mozilla and i am gussing it should be in Firefox too, IE works fine.

Your contact page offers no physical point of reference. There is no address or phone number. This makes a lot of people leary. You would seem more extablished if you spent the $20 a month to run a phone line into an answering machine and put the number on your site.

You top menu jumps a couple pixels to the left when I click on gallery.

You rely on javascript for basic functionality of the web-site. With recent exploits of IE that have been discovered MS is recommending that user's turn off javascripting in their browser. This is really not a good idea.

You use target="blank" you should use target="new" because they behave differently with tabbed browsers.

After all of that is taken care of your site is using HTML 4.01 the W3C recommends using XHTML

After which, your target attribute will disappear on you need to change it to an onclick event...

changed some code, i fixed most of it as i could,

as for the javascript use, its not only for IE, it works in Mozilla. PHP is going to check for backup.

Hmm..not bad..but your coding is how do I put it so I dont sound like a jackarse..buggy? I don't have a clue lol anyways I could design a way better site then that but it's still nice. Also what is that 3D Thing in your website did you make it? or ripped it off a site? If you made that in 3D then I'm impressed but the way you put it to use/rendered it is very uncreative..Opacity? that doesn't grab my attention very much. I'd show you how I make my sites but I have no webhosting T_T

Try quoting everything that contains anything that is not a number in the value elements in your css. I have found that unquoted srtings in css give wierd errors from the css validator.

XeRoZeN ohh you got my i stole it from myself, I do 3D work along with web design, take a look in the Gallery area of page. scroll down to see full image of that "3D thing"

I am a artist i do not steal other people work, and call it my work.

That's the problem: the CSS reads
