Hi i do runna blog which gives users a link like www.domain.com/portal/blog/username.html i want it to be like http://blogs.domain.com/username
I already have a subdomain as http://blogs.domain.com/
Can anybody tell me how to do this with a .htaccess file

well i had seen that.... I Made a .htaccess file with
RewriteEngine on RewriteRule blogs.blanksms.com/(.*)$ /mkportal/blog/$1.html
But when i Try to get http://blogs.blanksms.com/username (eg: http://blogs.blanksms.com/texter) it says page cannot be displayed.
