Allow content to be viewed in iframe by auth sites only

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve

I have some content on my website that I wish to share with other sites. They will use iframe to display the content.
however I only want permitted sites to display this content. How can I prevent other sites displaying it?

Well, since it will be in a iframe, the URL not reflect yours, so you could place allowed URL's into a DB or text file and restrict sites that aren't in your allowed list.

Just one of many ways to do this.
