Ms Access forms to PHP HTML

Some time ago I build a database in Ms Access.

Now I want to make it accessible via the web. After reading my threads I've decided to do it with MySql and PHP. Sofar I've seen some solutions how to convert the tables + data from access to mysql.

My question now is, are the tools available to convert the forms I've made in access to HTML / PHP?
