MySQL Backup Script

Hello all,

I am trying to create a backup script just like how PHPMYADMIN does. Where I can select the database and then have it generate a file I can download. Anyone know of a premade script like this? Or what procedures it takes to create one? Thank you.

Thanks for that link. I'm not really understanding how the process would work. Do I just run it with mysql_query() ?
