problem with an apache server in forms

Hello Peoples,
when I was used win 2000 pro OS, I'am not have any problem in my server so when I change my OS to win xp pro I get this is proplem (forms not working on the server).

apache server is installed and works,
PHP is installed and works,
MySQL is installed and works,
every thing working but forms not woking !!!!!

note:- I'am not upgrade my old OS I install new OS in new HD and every thing OK

My Problem:

I have many forms on the sites I create to pass arguments and such like menu systems that generate content.

For some reason, that I can not find, No argument (variables) are being sent. I know the forms work because they are fine online, just not locally.

It does not seem to matter if I use POST or GET commands - they both do not work.

I would appreciate any help

You could always change the php.ini setting global_variables to On, but I would advise against it.

Has anyone thought about the possibility of writing a little application which makes it easy to change large numbers of files to make them safe for disabling register globals?
