I am trying to find a search script which will index my intranet. My intranet is controlled with phplib for its session mangement and permissions... I currently have phpmysearch installed and it works on all files which are not protected by phplib... My question, can I pass a login to phpmysearch so it will get past the login screen, or is there a certain value I can check for like the the type of engine calling a page (Check to see if it is a spider...)? And then if it is the spider, ignor the user check...
I would also accept other search tools if anyone knows of one which will work with phplib and run php4.
