i have a problem and i'm really need your
guidance.
I want to build database with this arrangement
item ! AIC ! LIC ! MTR ! BIR !
Feeder ! check ! none ! none ! check !
dehidrator ! none ! none ! none ! check !
and 10 more items there.
i use the none and check using checkbox you told me
so.
my goal is, i want those checklist inserted into
database. and i want to acces those check list base on
date. for example if I want to know checklist on sept,
2, 2004 then the database can view checklist details
when i'm upload on that date.
my question is, how much field i've must create and
also the var type to make this thing working.
the database i'd use is MySQL.
