I'm using FrontPage '03 and am basically a hack when it comes to coding, and I need a little help from an expert. I'm about 75% finished, but just need some help hooking up the engine, so to speak.
Goal:
Make a web donation form, that collects information, validates, and hands off a portion of the data to PayPal.

My work in progress is here: http://www.kcmetro.net/neil2/paypal-testing.htm This page will do the hand-off of data to Paybal exactly the way I want it to, but does not collect the data.
This another attempt at creating a form using frontpage, it works fine, but does not do the data hand-off to PayPal. http://www.kcmetro.net/neil2/donate2.html
I'd prefer the data be collected on a hidden .csv file, but I'm not pickey. Between the two works in progress, can some kind soul(s) help me make one of these forms accomplish what I want it too?
