Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a cron job with easy php? Easy php is built on apache, so it seems like it might be. Anybody know how to set up a cron job on it?

I'd supsect not. I've never seen one of those packages with cron support. If this is a nix system and you have shell access, you can set it up yourself with crontab -e
