alpha function

Hello again. One last question and I'll leave you guys alone🙂
Is there a function that will remove all alpha charecters and leave only the numeric. I have a variable that will contain values such as
ID40003
ID23223
ID000D1
ID0021J1

I'm looking to strip the alpha's and leave the numbers only.
