Well depends what you mean by "use" and what you mean by "without". LOL. Yeah you can use all of PHP functions without PHP being installed. It's a wireless printer that looks something like (http://en.wikipedia.org/upload/f/fb/Tillwe-pencil.jpg) also a side note you might need some Post-It's to go with that.
