CMS for HTML templates?

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a CMS for HTML templates... something similar to SubDreamer but maybe a little more on the Professional (Business) side that can be integrated with ANY HTML template???

SubDreamer is a great System but the more i look at it the less i see Business use for it. Also with Integrating an HTML template it sounds easier than it really is.

Does anyone know of any systems like this? or maybe there's something similar? Something with an Admin (MySQL) backend, user system, easily integrated to ANY HTML template, create new pages/sections on the fly, etc.

maybe just a Backend with a User System? Admin CP... something. So they can keep track of e-mails/lists... User System for secured pages, creating a new Page, WYSIWYG editor, etc?

Anything similar?

I'm looking at TC! and i'm not sure if this is what i'm looking for - for sure... have to wait until they send me a verification e-mail...

any help please?
