I use Adobe GoLive 6 because of the object tools for making forms and other items quick, but you still have to code the forms to do what you want them to do.

This is a good app for building also.

does the job your looking for....

There are lots of good editors... all a matter of what you like and are used to work with....

There are editors with color highlightning/code checker etc.... etc... that looks like notepad....
