Sports Simulator in PHP?

Anyone ever tried it? Is it possible?

By sports simulator I mean something like this:
www.fhlsim.com
or
www.sigames.com

I am guessing it would have to be simplified for PHP and that most of the heavy-duty work would have to be done by a server-side script, but would something like this be possible? Could anyone give me any pointers? Point me in the direction of some algorithms that may be helpful? Anything that you could suggest?

It wouldn't have to be simplified for PHP, and, in fact, is a very very in depth code... I know it is a downloadable, but I wonder if the guys at sigames.com have tried it and have it working on their site at the link you provided 😉 since the rest of their site is scripted in PHP. I personally never tried it, but believe it would be possible, and probably already exists somewhere in one form or another.

I have yet to find a PHP sports simulator, if anyone knows of one please post a link. The closest I've found is a stats manager frontend for FHLsim, but that's pretty basic and only really spits out flat-files in a visually pleasing way.
