Collection Database / Userside help.

I have a music album site. I want visitors to be able to create a
user profile and then add or remove albums from their collection
and wish list page. If possible, I want the usernames and passwords
to sync with their vBulletin 3 login username and passwords to prevent
needing to dual login.

I will need a way for staff to add/remove/edit albums in the database.

Everything MUST be able to incorporate into my existing design.
