Problems with retrieving data by MSSQLServer using PHP4

Hi people,

We´re with problems when setting language for retrieving data from MSSQLSserver using PHP4.

I need a row of results in latin portuguese. I´m adding header with charset ISO-8859-1, but the results aren´t without ç, ã, á, ...

Please, could anybody help me?

SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE JUSTI€A E DIREITOS DO CIDADÇO - SEJDIC/RJ

The correct phrase is:

SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE JUSTIÇA E DIREITOS DO CIDADÃO.

It isn´t showing ç, ã, á, ...
