Getting Interlace Value !

int imageinterlace ( resource image [, int interlace] )

this function sets the interlace value to either 0 or 1.

I have about .1 Million images I want to first get the interlace value and then if it is 1 then i want to set it to zero.

I find no function which can get interlace value ...........

can any one guide me how I can get interlace value of any jpeg image.

imageinterlace(), if called without the second argument, will return "0" for non-interlaced, "1" for interlaced.

$img = imagecreatefromjpeg($filename);
$img_interlace = imageinterlace($img);
