Hey, I am trying to use phpmyadmin to manage my database. However, I had the server name set to localhost, so when I tried to access it from another computer, after 10 failed connections, my host ipaddress is now banned. I tried the flush-hosts command, and I got this error:
Access denied. You need the RELOAD priviledge for this operation.
The database is mysql.
