PHP Development

I am extremely new to PHP. I literally just got PHP, MYSQL, and Apache installed. I want to use PHP to build a Server Inventory/Maintenance database.

Are there good editors to use to create PHP pages. I am not familiar with PHP at all. I have done some stuff in the past with Frontpage and VB.NET and they do a lot of things graphically for you, like setting backgrounds and drop down boxes and things of that nature. Are there ways to do this for PHP or do you have to literally code everything in HTML?

You really want to learn HTML, but for starting out Dreamweaver is pretty nice for HTML layout.

You don't want to use FrontPage.

Eclipse with the PHPEclipse plugin is a very nice PHP editor. Macromedia Homesite is very nice as well.
