Could someone please recommend to me a good tutorial for a php based chat system?
I tried the one here: http://www.devarticles.com/c/a/MySQL/A-MySQL-Driven-Chat-Script/ -- but was having problems getting the script working and it doesn't look like the source files are still there for download, so I wasn't able to see the sample PHP script. This was the best one I could find thus far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, you don't need nuke. If there isn't a plain version it'll just be a matter of commenting out the calls to things like header.php. Play around, it'll be worth it.
