PHP-GTK Drag and Drop

Is is possible to drag a file from a directory in windows onto a GTK script and for a function to be performed on that file.

Yes, it's (theoretically) possible. I've been trying to get it to work, following the instructions at gtk.php.net's tutorial. I must be doing something wrong or misunderstanding something, though, because it doesn't seem to ever emit the 'drag-data-received' signal when I drop a file over my frame...

Anyone else successfully gotten file drag 'n' drop to work that could help out?
