excel form

Good Fri. afternoon. I maintain company intranet site. I want to put a form on intranet that allows people to order office forms by filling out an excel spreadsheet and emailing it to vendor. If I convert from excel to web, I loose the interactivity. I would like to have the excel form on intranet and allow users to fill form out and email. I know how to email w/php through button. Aslo have built mysql maintenance programs with php. Has anyone done anything like this that can advice me best in a way. Do I need to convert this to mysql and write php form or can excel come into play.

set up the Excel doc in a location that everyone can access (be it on a fileserver or whatever)

you can then use the spreadsheet for its interactiveness and using VBA (VB for applications) to do the email using their default mail client.... This would eliminate any extra setups on your part... as every computer should have a default mail client setup... (generally anyways) and VBA is built into all office apps...
