Order bY ¿?

Hi phpeople!

I have a list of results from my db ordered by Name.
Some names have a #number in the beginning and are listed before those that doesn´t.

Is there a way I can list them putting those with # at the end but at the same time ordered in an ascendent way?

For example
John
Megan
Kate
1 Bill
2 Neale

Any help is appreciated

i dont know if this will help ya, but..

subquery1 finds everything that starts with a letter at the beginning and sorts them

subquery2 does the same but for #s

primary query performs a union on the two..??

i dont know if the pseudo code there helps at all and i'm having a hard time thinking right now. so code it up. i hope i was of some assistance.
