how to..email piping questions

i am setting up email piping and coming accross a few errors/problems

how do i code to get rid of the name and leave just the email adres:
"NAME" <[e-mail]>
to jsut [e-mail]
?

and also the body of the email (the main text) is coming as:

X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1441nnthis si tstn-----nnDavid messahe

is there any way to get this as just the users message and not the x-MineOLE headers?

for the first part... parse out the name and such by only taking the values within the "<" ">"

same thing for the message... strip the usual OLE header out

just a thought
