I'm planning a site -- actually, I've already started then scrapped my progress because it became very inefficient. So this time around, I'm laying my design plans out before I get started.
I'm planning to have a user system where the user can log in and his home page displays links -- from both a set of preset links, and from links that the user defines. I want the user to be able to add a set of links with titles for each link and also choose the order in which the links are displayed in the set. On top of that, I want the user to be able to choose the order in which the SETS of links are displayed.
