can someone recommend me a good php debugger, licenced as freeware
The only debugger i know of is the person who programmed it 😉. Although Zend seems to have one but its costly.
I wrote a php debugger, just email me your code and I'll run it through my debugger for $10.00 USD per line😃

You could try Gubed, which licensed under the GNU GPL.
