session_destroy(); - Everything EXCEPT a var?

I think I already know the answer...but figured I'll ask anyway. Any way to make

session_destroy();

destory everything EXCEPT a specific variable....

I know I can unset specific variables, but I would like to destory everything except a specific variable.

Just reset the session array to your variable

$_SESSION = array('var' => 'value');
