How to Include("URL") Question

Can I Include another URL (i.e not my own page, say "www.xyz.com") between my page's content
is it possible thru include() function.

I Tried, But not working!!!!

Please help me! its Urgent!!!!!

include "'".$REQUEST['FormAction'] . "?Keywords=" . $REQUEST['Keywords'] . "&verifyCode=" . $REQUEST['verifyCode'] ."&". $REQUEST['args']. "'";

But this is working:
echo "<script>document.location.href='".$REQUEST['FormAction'] . "?Keywords=" . $REQUEST['Keywords'] . "&verifyCode=" . $REQUEST['verifyCode'] ."&". $REQUEST['args']."';</script>";

hi,

After searching lot i found that its a basically security.
its a kind of a thing that if you submit that url it will show you but you can not get theire content in our form.. you can't open it with fopen/ include,, but you can do it with window.open / location.href
