[Resolved] Image Gallery Advice

I'm setting up an image gallery "a la fotolog" and would like some advice here.

There will be a column with a listing of the previous pictures (as fotolog.net has as well) but I'm not sure of what procedure to take here. Should I run thumbnail scripts on the uploaded pictures and store them on the server or should I resize them on the fly?

Which process would be more efficient and easier on the server?

I just decided to go with storing the thumbs on the server since their size is usually insignificant (around 2kb each).
