Music Tablature Website

I have a music website, that i am looking to create a tablature section, in this is the following things;

1. Tablature #a-z artist choices ( example: www.ultimate-guitar.com )
   a. admin center ( edit/delete/create tabs )
   b. basically the features of ultimate-guitar.com
2. Full profile - Name, hobbies, etc.
3. Member search
4. able to add other stuff to the php script
5. compatable with current design ( preferably )

Can anyone help point the way what i should do to create something like this? Or knows a script that can do all of this?

Hi,
A CMS script might be your best bet. This way you can add/delete areas of choice.
