Hide the module folder

Greetings

In the CMS usually we have all the modules in the modules folder.
So when the visitor click the news link it will show : www.domain.com/modules/news in the address bar.

My question is:
How to make the link show in the address bar like this:
www.domain.com/news

Without deleting the modules folder or moving the news folder.

if you are using Apache, you should look at mod_rewrite.

How about making all the site working under index.php

Or any thing else!!
