Help!!

I hope soneone here can help answer this problem.
First, I know very LITTLE about coding.
I have been using the chat room for a few months now and everything was fine.
About a week ago, the main screen in chat suddenly decides to not show some messages, and does show others. ??
You can type in the same message and it might show up 2 out of 5 trys.
Any ideas?? My members have having a cow, I need to find a way to fis this please.

What chat do you use ? Can we check it out somewhere ? It will be hard to help you without more details....

Have you posed this question to the author of the script? Look around their website to see if they have any support options for the script.

Also, you may want to get with your webhost to see what/if any changes may have been made recently. Even a seemingly minor upgrade of software on the server could make significant operational changes for hosted scripts...

Don't be so quick to jump ship, until you have exhausted your resources, and if that author and your webhost are both willing to assist you, you should pursue it further... But, if that's what you think is best, then good luck with it. Come back for help if you need, and be sure to mark this thread resolved.

That's just the problem, not getting any help from either.
My web host is now offering a free chatroom that they do support.
I'm going with it. 🙂
