Display web page dynamically

I have the following mockup page that I am working on.

I am using MySQL to store all of our web pages. When a content person is going through the database to look at a url or sort for a description they will get information regarding the URL. Included in the information being displayed is a image on the fly of the actual web page. Then if they click on the image it will bring up the real web page in a noew window.
I created the mockup so people can see what I am trying to do via PHP.
I am using Apache PHP and MySQL in a Windows environment.

I am hoping someone out there can help me with this problem.

Hi Paul,
Not very far at all.
Basically what I have is the display of individual records but no image.
The URL is clickable so they can look at the page that way. I figured it should not be that dificult to actually display the page on the detail page. Not as easy as I thought. The User would like an image of the web page and click on it for detail so thay can document the pages.
We have a team going over, over 10,000 web pages. In an effort to control the web site.
