Loading data from a txt file into the DB

Ok here's what I'm using:

LOAD DATA INFILE '/tmp/php57kCnr' INTO TABLE options FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'

MySQL says:

#1045 - Access denied for user: 'fxmedia@localhost' (Using password: YES)

does this mean I don't have upload rights?

That error means that the settings you have entered are not valid.
Are you certain that you are using the correct username and password?

I have an online shop, so It has to be online all the time.

I thought maybe it could be a permission broblem?

I had good luck when I changed the LOAD method to DATA LOCAL
