Pass values between form

Hi, i have a form to insert info about customers, i need write a valid value in the field city , i don´t want to use combo, there are many cities, so i want to put button to open another form with a list of cities, the user click on a city in the second form and its values pass to first form in the field city. some idea? bear with me i´m new in this

This is a Javascript question, and really doesn't have anything to do with PHP, though some people around here have addressed your exact question in the past, so they may see this and offer some help. Otherwise, you may be better off posting this question in a JavaScript forum, or Googling

From my quick Google, the first hit produced this page here and has a calendar example that you may be able to use to figure things out.
