How to get Mondays & Thursdays ONLY in drop down list MySQL DB

Hello!

For my App I have to have Mondays & Thursdays only in a drop down list from a mysql db.

the drop down list should look something like this Monday, 10/11/2004 ....etc

Any immediate Help is highly appreciated.

Thanks! so much for a prompt reply. My question is...
I have entered dates for the time being in DATE format yyyy-mm-dd...how do I get MySQL db to populate these Mondays & Thursdays only into the drop down list...i guess something like
capturing todays date from MySQL DB should do the trick...?? how do i do that...also I want to display only future dates...meaning
I dont want to display 10/04/2004 Oct 4th since its already has passed...so current list of Mondays & Thursdays for the Rest of the year only should be displayed...

Any Help Pls?

Thanks! again for a very quick reply...

When I ran the query...I got the below error...

Could not run query: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'order WHERE DAYNAME(Delivery_Date) IN('Monday','Thursday') AND Delivery_Date > C' at line 1

Is it because I have rows with dates only with Monday & Thursday already inserted in the databse...didn't know how to
generate days automatically from my sql db with out me manually inserting??
